Dave qualified from Bristol University Vet School in 1994. After his first job, near Birmingham, he travelled and worked in Australia – and learned how to deal with lots of exotic problems like snake spider bites and tropical diseases. Since then he has been a small animal vet in the UK for nearly 30 years.
He owned and ran his own practice in Acton for many years, and since moving on from there is studying for a postgraduate qualification to specialise in animal behaviour, which he looks forwards to being able to use in his work at Mill Lane.

Boka qualified from the University of St.Ciril and Metodij in her home country of Macedonia, with a degree in Psychology. When she moved to England she studied and passed an NVQ in child care.
She joined the practice in 2007 and became our practice manager in 2008. As well as organising the team, she also helps with nursing, and has a lot of experience and knowledge of handling animals. As Boka always says, there is little difference between children and animals!
She is also the main carer for our practice cat, Halle, who she loves very much.
